Guisepi Spadafora has been traveling the United States for over a decade in Edna Lu, his free tea bus. He offers free tea and a seat on his bus everywhere he goes.

The Guild develops co-living spaces that inspire and empower our residents to be active creators and participants in the communities around them and the world at large. Our environments cultivate collaboration and engagement amongst our residents and the extended community. We provide sustainable living options through efficient use and sharing of resources and space.

Our Co-living program brings together changemakers from diverse backgrounds under one roof, and equips them with the resources they need to launch their social ventures or build professional careers in social impact, along with resources they need to thrive holistically.

As we grow, we want to reimagine how our real estate can contribute to community resilience and autonomy. To this extent, we are focused on shared ownership and equity models that allow for community-owned and led development.

Charles (Charlie) Hurvitz is a an artist and author with developmental disability whose work and eccentric personality have made him a fixture in his community.
